Principal/CEO

Mr. Dike serves as the Principal/CEO of DEGA Multi Concept Limited. He holds a Masters Degree in Industrial Microbiology. He has 15 years professional work experience cutting across such industries as entertainment, power transmission, back ground checks, production, training anddevelopment, and safety and security systems.

Mr. Dike was the Business Development Manager of Challenge Power Transmission, Training Manager Jonac Engineering Co. Ltd, Business Development Manager Risk Control Services Ltd, Business Development Manager Surveillant Fire Ltd, and Training Director Association of Nigerian Development Finance Institutions (ANDFI).

Work and training has taken him to over 70 countries of the world where he has strong networks. Mr. Dike is a strategist with special interest in people and organizational development. A leadership expert and a trainer, his network across the globe positions him to interface with many companies around the world.

Paschal Dike is a member of Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD) and Nigeria Institute of Loan and Risk Management (NILRM).
